Maniac Creatures

These icons were made for the Iconfactory’s Pixelpalooza 1999 but didn’t win . But I’m glad that it won Champion in MacUtopia’s April contest! It’s really rewarding as a lot of hard work were put inside. It was an attempt to squeeze as much details as possible to each of them! I’m really proud of how they look, and hopefully it’ll be enough to keep people visiting the site, as I work on even more new icons to wow the judges in the years to come.

Down below you can see that they’re a variety of sizes, and whether you use them for a poker.dk desktop shortcut or convert them to a mouse pointer, it’s great to see my work out there being used by members of the online community. These particular designs are inspired by all the crazy-looking monsters you see out there in pixel art, and it’s always fun to create new monsters entirely for the purpose of displaying your icon-making talents.
